The Veer Shaheed Kesari Chand Rajkiya Snatkottar Mahavidyalaya, Dakpathar established in the year 1993 is catering to the needs of higher education of the Pachwa Doon and Jaunsar Bawar tribal area of Distt. Dehradun and fulfill the aspirations of higher learning of the youth. The college caters to the needs of the students coming from Pachwa Doon, tribal area of Jaunsar Bawar region of district Dehradun and also Jaunpur region (backward area of District Tehri) and adjoining states of Himanchal Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.
